  • Non-advisers team members can communicate live instant messages with advisers. This will reduce email traffic, especially when it is an urgent need for non-advisers to contact client service advisers (example: marketing or sales team members).

  • Advisers and non-advisers team members can join in group chat (conference) where messages are broadcasted to all users in the "My Session" list.

  • Managers can login as instant messenger users to communicate with advisers who provide client service.
